President Vladimir Putin signed the federal law “On Ratification of Convention Between the Government of the Kingdom of Spain and the Government of the Russian Federation on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Income and Capital Tax Evasion”, which was passed by the State Duma on May 24, 2000 and approved by the Federation Council on June 7, 2000
