The President ratified protocols on making modifications and additions to the agreements between the Russian Government and the Government of Kazakhstan on leasing military testing grounds and other installations on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The modifications refer to the conditions and regime governing the lease for using the Sary-Shagan military testing ground, the Russian State Flight Testing Centre, the Emba testing ground and also the 4th State Central Testing Centre.

Along with it, leasing military testing grounds to obtain compensation is prohibited.
