Helle Degn is in Moscow as a special envoy of the acting chairman of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe to the Russian presidential election.
Ms Degn underlined a high level of preparations for the election. Mr Putin, for his part, wished international observers success in fulfilling their mission and spoke highly of cooperation between Russia and the OSCE.
