In his message, Mr Putin confirmed that the Russian leadership thought highly of Russian-Algerian cooperation, regarding Algeria as a reliable and promising partner.
It is also noted that “our countries’ similar or identical viewpoints on pressing world and regional matters, including a global set-up, is an encouragement for joining hands in action.
“Our dialogue has invigorated Russian-Algerian relations, and we are prepared to build up prospects for our cooperation in different areas. It is essential that the available facilities for innovating and expanding bilateral links be benefited from to the full.”
The message to Abdul Aziz Bouteflika was delivered by Duma Speaker Gennady Seleznyov during his visit to Algeria.
