Deputy Foreign Minister and Presidential Special Representative for Caspian Affairs Viktor Kalyuzhny informed President Vladimir Putin about the outcome of his trips to Caspian countries

The President welcomed a proposal by Mr Kalyuzhny to hold a summit of five Caspian countries – Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan – which would consider new approaches to determining the status of the Caspian.
