The President’s message reads in particular:

“Russia places great importance on its cooperation with friendly Qatar, a state that plays a constructive role on the regional and international stage. We think that we have laid a good foundation for developing the bilateral relations between our countries in all areas. Russia is open to any ideas aimed at expanding and improving our work together and is ready for broad and active cooperation with Qatar.”

The message also addresses a number of international issues such as the situation in the Persian Gulf and in the Middle East.
