President Putin acknowledged the prompt and highly effective actions of the Israeli professionals who helped free the crew and passengers of the Russian Tu-154 airliner hijacked and flown to Israel, and arrested the terrorist.
The two leaders noted that Russia and Israel were cooperating intensely in combating international terrorism, and called for further developing their interaction in this sphere.
