The message said, in part, that Russia had been and would continue to be truly committed to achieving a fair resolution of the Palestinian problem, defending the Palestinians’ legal right to self-determination and establishing a Palestinian state. The message also stressed the need to stop the bloodshed, normalise the situation and resume peace talks in the region.
