The message from the Russian leader reads:

“It was with deep sorrow that I learned about the explosion in Dnepropetrovsk which claimed many victims and caused many injuries.

Please pass on my sincere condolences to the families of those who died and my wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured.“

According to preliminary data 10 people were killed by an explosion in a slot machine hall in Dnepropetrovsk.
