President Vladimir Putin signed the decree “Issues of Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation with Other Countries”

The decree envisages, in particular, establishing the Military-Technical Cooperation Committee of Russia, accountable to the Defence Ministry.

The Deputy Defence Minister will chair the new committee.
