Also present at the meeting were Chairmen of both houses of the Federal Assembly, leaders of the Duma parliamentary parties and the Chairman of the Central Election Commission.

They discussed the results of the CIS summit held in Minsk and key priorities for the Duma and Federal Assembly’s legislative work, as well as the introduction of a visa regime between Russia and Georgia. The debates focused on Russia’s national symbols.
