The Federal Law ratifies two protocols on amendments to the Agreement on basic principles of military-technical cooperation among the member states of the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992.
One of the protocols specifies international legal regulations for supply on preferential terms of defence products to military units, law enforcement agencies, and special purpose services which are not part of national armed forces.
The other protocol details procedures for monitoring the use of those defence products.
