As he was opening expanded talks, Mr Putin said that he and President Kocharian had discussed all aspects of bilateral economic relations in an eye-to-eye meeting.
The Presidents also confirmed the use of adequate forces and means to guarantee security along the borders of both counties, Mr Putin added.
