The President’s message reads, in part:
“Igor Yesipovsky was greatly respected as a responsible and influential leader. As governor of Irkutsk Region he did much for the region’s development and the well-being of its residents. His death is an irreplaceable loss for his family and relatives and for all who knew and appreciated this memorable person.”
Igor Yesipovsky died in a helicopter crash in Irkutsk Region on May 10.
