The message to the Canadian Prime Minister read, in part:
“I recall our recent meetings in Ottawa with warm feelings. Our frank and constructive conversations confirmed a high level of mutual understanding that has evolved between our two nations.”
President Putin expressed hope that their active dialogue would continue in future in order to promote Russian-Canadian partnership and mutually advantageous cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
