Prime Minister Kasyanov informed President Putin about the results of the latest meeting of the Council of Ministers (Government) of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Agreements on harmonising customs legislation and establishing a joint customs system were signed at the meeting, which also approved a preliminary version of the 2001 draft Union State budget.
