Mr Putin said he was happy with the two countries’ intergovernmental contacts at all levels and noted that Russia’s relations with Serbia are stable and consistent.

The President reaffirmed Russia’s position on Kosovo and said that Russia is committed to helping to create conditions in the Balkans for stability based on international law and consideration of all the interests of all sides.
