Economic modernisation and innovative development were the subjects of discussion.
The President said that the economy’s technological development is one of the state priorities outlined in national strategic programmes. Mr Medvedev said that he will establish a presidential commission to carry out ongoing work with the Government and the regional authorities in this area, with support from the expert community and maximum involvement of the country’s business community.
