President Vladimir Putin was interviewed by journalists at Vnukovo-2 airport, after returning to Moscow. He said productive cooperation between security-related agencies and local authorities was one of the main objectives. The Russian leader also noted the need to increase the Chechen police force and other security agencies stage by stage as soon as favourable conditions were created.
