Among other things, the President and the ministers discussed preparations for winter, including those in the Primorye Territory, and supplies for the north. The decision was taken that Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov should go to the Far East to check how the schedule of coal supplies to power plants is being implemented, how the construction of gas pipelines in the Kamchatka Peninsula and the Khabarovsk and Primorye territories is progressing, and to deal with some other issues.
