The new piece of legislation introduces a State Register of all legal entities. It removes unfair barriers to starting businesses by considerably simplifying the registration procedure and reducing the waiting period to five working days following the submission of an application.
On the other hand, it envisages tougher measures penalising companies in breach of regulations.
