Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree confirming a list of toxic substances, pathogens and genetically modified microorganisms, equipment and technologies liable to export control

The decree is aimed at protecting Russia’s national interests while at the same time enabling it to fulfill international obligations assumed as part of the Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons Convention.
