“I have very warm memories of my visit to Mongolia last November. I am satisfied with the progress in fulfilling the agreements reached during our meeting in Ulan-Bator. I am confident that the bonds of traditional friendship linking the peoples of our countries will continue to provide a solid foundation for the development of many-sided and mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and Mongolia.”
