The wreath laying ceremony was attended by members of the Government, heads of the security services, members of the State Duma and the Federation Council, military commanders and WWII veterans.
At the end of the ceremony, the Presidential Orchestra played Russia’s national anthem and the guard of honour from the Presidential Regiment marched past the Eternal Flame memorial.
