The Russian leader continued his tour of the Golden Ring towns. He visited Pereslavl Zalessky, Gus Khrustalny, and Vladimir, where he attended a Christmas service at the Assumption Cathedral and a concert by the Vladimir-Suzdal Rus choral music centre’s chamber choir.
The President then headed for Maloyaroslavets. At a local secondary school, he watched a Christmas show staged and acted out by the school’s theatrical company and guest performers from the Chernoostrovsky Convent’s Otrada orphanage.
