“The disaster has claimed the lives of their near and dear and mercilessly dashed their hopes for the future.”

President Putin also spoke by telephone with Alexei Lebed, Governor of the Republic of Khakassia, and expressed his condolences in connection with the death of Lebed’s brother.

The crash killed six people, including Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Alexander Lebed. Eleven passengers and three pilots were aboard at the time of the disaster.
