The message was conveyed by Russia’s Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov who was visiting North Korea. In his message President Putin confirmed Russia’s firm intention to implement all agreements reached earlier in the course of negotiations between the two leaders in Pyongyang and Moscow in 2000 and 2001.
