The forum was organised by the Council of Initiative Groups with the support of the United Russia political party. The Council of Initiative Groups in Support of the Russian President was formed on November 15 in Tver at a meeting that brought together representatives of 80 different regions. The Council’s coordinating body comprises 10 people representing all of the country’s federal districts.
The forum was attended by 5,000 people.
