The Russian head of state welcomed the expansion of cooperation between Iran and the IAEA and expressed his hope that all of Iran's nuclear programmes will be open, transparent and conducted under the supervision of this international organization.
The deadline that the UN Security Council has given Iran for terminating all nuclear programmes will expire in December 2007.
