Mr Putin congratulated Mr Bakiev on the successful organisation of parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan and said he was confident that the continued consolidation of stability in the country would have positive repercussions for deepening the alliance and cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
