In accordance with the presidential decree, representatives of the Federal Migration Service and their deputies will serve in Russian diplomatic missions to Ukraine and Moldova, in agreement with the competent authorities of these states and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The heads of the Federal Migration Service missions in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and their deputies, as well as representatives of the migration service who will serve within Russian diplomatic missions to Ukraine and Moldova, will be appointed to their position and dismissed by the director of the Federal Migration Service and in consultation with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
