Mr Putin congratulated Mr Sargsyan on the Armenian Constitutional Court’s final confirmation of the country’s presidential election result, which saw victory go to Mr Sargsyan.
Mr Putin also confirmed his earlier invitation to Mr Sargsyan to make a visit to Russia. The invitation was accepted with thanks.
