Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reported on a meeting of the CIS foreign ministers that examined the implementation of decisions approved at the last CIS summit in Dushanbe and approved a work programme for preparations to celebrate the sixty-fifth anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.
