The President instructed Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov to personally ensure that funds allocated for state defence procurement needs are paid without delay to the companies carrying out the defence procurement contracts.
Taking part in the meeting were First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, and representatives of defence industry enterprises.
