The President’s message of congratulations reads, in particular:

Your sculptural compositions, theatrical creations and your participation in ambitious projects never fail to interest the public and make a mark on society”.

Mr Shemyakin’s works include monuments and sculptural compositions installed in Moscow, St Petersburg, Paris, London and New York.
