As he congratulated the participants in the celebratory gathering, the President noted that the establishment of a system of military and technical cooperation has increased cooperation with foreign partners in this area. In turn, this has become an important foreign policy tool, and Russia is among the world leaders in supplying products for military use.

The message also states:

”The significant progress that Russia has achieved in this sphere is an important factor in the considerable strengthening of Russia's international authority and the enhancement of its economic potential. The important contribution by military-technical cooperation specialists has allowed us to take our defense industry to a qualitatively new level and contributed to ensuring Russia's national security.

The current generation of scientists and designers as well as employees of defense enterprises are continuing the glorious traditions of their predecessors and creating high-tech Russian products that successfully compete on the world arms market.“
