The President’s message reads, in particular:

“During the years of its existence, this unique project, initiated by the our country, has become a notable event in the social and cultural life of Russia and abroad. The competition has afforded audiences many wonderful moments and helped in the discovery of many new talents. It is very important that during this time the prize has become part of a noble cultural endeavour, supporting people with disabilities who have unlimited creative potential.

Such extensive and significant activities contribute to the building of civil society by addressing important social problems and creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and tolerance. And, of course they have helped establish a tradition of charity and philanthropy.

Congratulations to those who have been given these well-deserved awards. I want to extend to the participants and guests my best wishes for continued success in the future.“
