Mr Medvedev’s message reads, in particular:
”Since its inception, your remarkable creative forum has become an outstanding and important event in the cultural life of Russia and confidently assumed an international dimension. Its many participants and guests from different countries combine youthful energy, the joys of creativity, and of course the great creative power of art, a force for transforming and ennobling the world.
The festival is becoming a genuine celebration of talented young musicians, artists and dancers. It has also helped revive the best traditions of philanthropy and charity. And the forum's new slogan, Time for Charity, is a splendid way of reflecting its humanistic aspirations“.
The festival involved young talents from 60 regions of Russia, 12 countries of the near-abroad and another 39 from further abroad.
