In Chita Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on issues concerning the social and economic development of the Trans-Baikal Region

The President also discussed with Governor of the Trans-Baikal Region Ravil Geniatulin social and economic development in the region.

Earlier that day the head of state visited a training centre for junior professional armored troops, the headquarters of the Siberian Military District and a regional bureau of the Pension Fund of Russia.
