The President said, in particular, in his message:

“Your forum marks an important stage in cooperation between the Muslim communities in the Commonwealth of Independent States. It helps to build up inter-cultural and inter-religious dialogue and promote understanding between our countries’ peoples.

United efforts by religious communities and their cooperation with government organisations are important conditions for peace and harmony in society and, of course, for society’s consolidation around the values of tolerance and respect for spiritual, cultural and historical traditions.”
