The leaders of the CSTO countries, with the exception of Belarus and Uzbekistan, signed an Agreement on the Establishment of a Collective Rapid Reaction Force (CRRF).
The CSTO summit also resulted in the signing of a Declaration by heads of CSTO member states and a number of documents on joint projects through to 2012.
