Mr Medvedev and Mr Kadyrov discussed the results of recent counter-terrorist operations in Chechnya. The President instructed Mr Kadyrov to intensify counter-terrorism efforts and also said that the authorities would take a firm response to the attack on President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
Mr Medvedev and Mr Kadyrov also discussed provision of aid and cleanup operations following recent flooding in Chechnya.
