The President instructed the Minister of the Interior and the Prosecutor General to look into the causes of the road accident that occurred today in the Rostov region, taking the lives of more than 20 people.
Dmitry Medvedev expressed his condolences to the families and friends of those who died in the accident.
According to the latest reports, the accident involving a bus and a tank truck in the Rostov region claimed lives of 21 people; nine more people were taken to hospitals.
