Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.
In line with previous agreement, the parties continued their discussion of issues dealing with an independent, open and fair investigation into the cause of the crash of the Malaysian Airlines jet in Donetsk region. They stressed that this has to be an international investigation conducted by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) with the involvement of all the parties concerned. The two leaders stressed the need to do everything possible to support the work of OSCE representatives and to provide access to the accident zone for international experts.
