Head coach Vyacheslav Bykov, assistant coach Igor Zakharkin, and 14 team members were awarded orders and medals for their great contribution to the national ice hockey team’s victories in the 2008 and 2009 world championships.
The President also thanked a large number of national team members and staff from the Russian Ice Hockey Federation.
