President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Good afternoon, colleagues.

Today is the final meeting in our series of meetings in this second half of the year on carrying out the state defence procurement programme.

Overall, I am satisfied with the situation in this sector, but we do see that there are problems too. As was the case after our previous meeting, we will analyse everything, draft the necessary instructions and make adjustments to the work we are carrying out together with industry so as to ensure that all of our earlier plans keep to the set deadlines and quality standards. 

Today, we will discuss development of new models of arms and equipment.
