Dmitry Medvedev sent his greetings to participants of the 11th Russian-Finnish Cultural Festival in Hameenlinna (Finland).
The message reads, in part:
“The annual meetings between Russian and Finnish cultural and education figures and representatives of the creative professions associations and public organisations are a wonderful opportunity to strengthen partnership ties and discuss important professional matters.
The main theme of this year’s forum is artistic education and is focused primarily on youth. The creative and intellectual potential of our youth will shape our countries’ development and their future relations. I hope that joint initiatives and humanitarian projects that you propose will open up new opportunities for developing our intercultural dialogue.”
