The message reads, in part:
“Your life is filled with tireless work for the prosperity of the Orthodox congregation and entire Ukrainian society. Your efforts to consolidate the canonical unity of the Russian Orthodox Church and to promote public and inter-confessional accord in Ukraine deserve special respect. I am confident that it serves the fundamental interests of our two fraternal nations, linked by close historical and spiritual ties.”
