Russia has taken a number of very serious restrictive obligations of international law on itself, and has not conducted nuclear testing for many years now.

In future, Russia intends to continue to fulfill the conditions it has taken on according to mandatory requirements. One of the most important of these is the relation of other nuclear powers to the obligations they have taken on, President Vladimir Putin stressed.
