The Russian Federation will continue to participate actively in international processes, and continue its open, honest policies in dealing with its neighbours and the entire international community.
The recent tragedy in Spain was yet another reminder of the necessity for solidarity and unity, Vladimir Putin said. Only by joint efforts it is possible to overcome international terrorism, and solve other global problems. Russia will continue to play an active part in solving all of these problems on the basis of international law, and under the aegis of the United Nations.
